Hunter's Breeds:

We got Hunter (an adorable apricot colored Goldendoodle) when he was 6 months old. When he was approximately a year old he started having what we thought were anxiety attacks. He would become very restless and he would bolt across the room as though you were afraid of something. The vet prescribed anxiety medicine that worked for about a month. Then early one morning in December my fluffy little puppy fell over, started kicking his legs, jerking his head and foaming at the mouth. Less than a minute later it stopped. Hunter just laid on the floor and a few minutes later he seem to be okay. We went back to the vet and he was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. The vet prescribed phenobarbital twice-daily and said that the medicine wouldn’t stop the seizures but it would help to control the frequency. Unfortunately, Hunter is a difficult case. Over the course of the last 15 months his medications have increased to taking phenobarbital, potassium bromide, and zonasimide twice-daily for a total of 10 pills. In addition, he takes clorazepate and diazepam for anxiety and post seizures. I began looking into alternative treatment when Hunters seizures began to increase and we decided to give Canna pet a try when my poor boy had five grand mal seizures on a Wednesday and two more on Thursday. Canna pet Max arrived on Saturday afternoon and we began giving Hunter three drops three times a day. At first he seemed disoriented and not himself so we decided to cut back on the dosing. We now give him three drops twice-daily and I have to say this stuff is amazing. It has given my dog his life back. Hunter now wants to play ball and go for long walks and he has not had a seizure in nearly three weeks. I cannot say enough about this product. It is a True Life Saver and I am so grateful to the people that make this product for giving us our dog back.
