Orders traditionally ship via US Postal Service, with the following options:
- Standard First Class Mail Service
- Priority Mail Service
We process and ship all Canna-Pet® orders of stocked items within one business day.
We ship orders Monday-Friday.
Bulk orders over 15 items ship via UPS Ground, with signature confirmation.
Holiday orders (Thanksgiving-New Years) often take 1-2 days longer in transit due to postal delays.
Orders ship with a tracking number by default.
These tracking numbers are assigned and emailed to you when your items are shipped, but will not be active within the USPS tracking system for 24-48 hours.
Don’t worry – your items are on their way, the USPS is simply slow to update the pickup and progress.
The delayed online information means that for Priority Mail service especially, the tracking progress sometimes may not be updated until AFTER delivery.
