This is Ruby. Ruby has terrible anxiety if a storm occurs. On top of that she has bad hips and knees from her age, and when a storm comes if we are not there to get her situated she could hurt herself more. The only option the vet gave us was a $3000 surgery that may or may not succeed. Her chances of success were even less considering her age.
