In November, I took my 16 year old cat to the vet to address some sudden swelling around his eye. After x-rays, the doctor gave us the bad news, it was bone cancer. When they saw the x-rays, they left him sedated, to give me the option to let him go, as this is an untreatable condition at his age. We opted to give him a chance, and were sent home, after first getting injections of steroids and pain meds on board. The following days and Nights were terrible for the entire household. He paced and howled all night long, vomited frequently, and there was no settling him. This continued for several weeks, and when I discussed the options with the vet, he told us we were out of them. I came home and researched, and took a chance on Canna-Pet. The first week I saw no changes, so I e-mailed to see how to better treat him. A prompt reply assured me that if we upped the dosage, it would help. Since December he has been taken off all of the meds from the vet, and he is himself again.
