Boots (middle dog in picture) is an 11 year old Akita mix, and began having problems with her hind quarters a few years ago. We had x-rays taken, it showed her spine was enlarged (calcifying). The vet gave her Medications that helped a bit. We then tried acupuncture which didn’t do much. A friend then gave us a box of Max biscuits. She improved more with the biscuits then the meds. After about a month I weened her off of the meds and just gave her the biscuits. Two years later she’s doing great.
