Cricket is also a Paterson, NJ Shelter survivor who was rescued along with Gidget during Hurricane Sandy when the shelters were euthanizing all animals due to flooding. Both girls each had a litter of puppies who came with them and found great homes. Cricket started having grand mal seizures this year that were so severe she stopped breathing a few times. A MRI, spinal tap and cat scan were done to try to find the cause. The only thing discovered was she was loosing her hind end, which would not be causing the seizures. The neurologist put Cricket on seizure medication but she still seized. Our vet told us to put her on the oil, not just the treats and now she hasn’t had a seizure since she has been on the oil.
