How do Canna-Pet® subscriptions work?

In addition to purchasing an item one time, we now offer you the option to subscribe to monthly or bi-weekly Canna-Pet product shipments. Subscribing provides deeper discounts, and allows you to ensure timely delivery for your pet. You may also put your subscription on hold or cancel at any time by contacting us. Do you offer free shipping for international orders?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping for international orders (any order with a shipping address outside of the United States). When placing your order, you will be presented with the most economical shipping rates available to your destination.

How do I pay for orders?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MC, Amex, and Discover.
Our credit card processing is done right here in the USA.

What is Autoship?

Autoship allows you to receive pre-scheduled shipments of your favorite products, at a discount and with free shipping. You can select the frequency of shipments when you purchase the item.

How do I update or confirm the credit card associated with my Autoship?

You must log in to your account to view your Autoships & payment methods.

Once logged in, you can view your Autoship’s payment methods here:

The method marked as “Default” will be used for any Autoship orders.

I received a notification about my CC for Autoship needing to be updated, but it is still good – what is going on?

Your same credit card is likely still fine – this is occurring because you are using your card for an online subscription with Autoship.

Modern credit cards (since 2018) routinely ask for re-entry of card information for security purposes.

We just need you to delete your old entry and re-enter the numbers for security verification.
